By bidding, potential buyers acknowledge that they have read and agree with the following terms and conditions: Successful bidders must contact seller within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to establish appropriate method of payment. Full payment must be received within two (2) business days after auction has closed. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Seller assumes no liability for errors or omissions in this listing. All equipment is sold “As-Is,” with no guarantees and no warranties either expressed nor implied available.

All sales are final. Acceptable methods of payment include: (1) Direct wire transfer—Buyer assumes responsibility for all applicable wire transfer fees. (2) Certified check—All checks must clear the bank before any equipment is released. Any items not removed within thirty days after the auction may be charged a daily storage fee of $25.00 per day.
